ab333 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1.1  To open an ab333 account and use any real-money feature of the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1.3  If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an under-age player will be refunded to the original payment method used, subject to verification. 6.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab333 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where warranted — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts (whether personally or through a third party).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game states to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal gameplay conditions.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.

Balances associated with bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.3  An account closed under a self-exclusion arrangement (see Section 8) will not be reopened before the self-exclusion period has expired. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the agreed exclusion period ends will be declined as a matter of policy.

7.4  Inactive accounts that have held a positive balance for more than 12 months without any login or transaction activity may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, after ab333 has made reasonable attempts to contact the account holder.
